Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures
The McLaren Macomb Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures department performs close to 5,000 procedures per year. The Angiography Lab and the interventional rooms offer state of the art technology with the recent installation of a bi-plane angiography unit and multi-slice CT scanners. Some of the services provided include:
- Uterine Fibroid Embolization
- Vascular stenting
- Kyphoplasty
- Tumor Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
- Chemotherapy Arm Ports
