| Description | An extension of our Diabetes Self Management Program this group provides those with diabetes the opportunity to meet others facing similar challenges, as well as to share information and experiences related to the disease. Led by one of our Certified Diabetes Educators, the group meets monthly and features occasional guest speakers. Join us and learn more about diabetes in a casual, sharing atmosphere.
