The Patient RegistrationDepartment is usually your first stop on the way to a scheduled test, procedure or surgery. Your physician has called to schedule a test or procedure for you. You are asked to contact Admitting to pre-register for your test or procedure. This information should answer most of your questions regarding what the Patient Registration Department will ask or require you to provide. You are always welcome to call in advance of a scheduled test, procedure or surgery if you have questions.

Greenlawn Patient Registration is open from 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and open some holidays.   Please use Visitor Entrance on weekends and holidays

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
