The Emergency Department has added a Fast Track process to help ease crowding and waiting times. Fast Track is designed to treat patients who need immediate attention for small emergencies such as lacerations, sprains, fractures, bruises, scratches, sore throats, ear infections and minor rashes. Our goal is for patients to be seen by a health care provider within 30 minutes. Fast Track service is available seven days a week from 12 p.m. - 12 a.m.
ReadyCare Walk-In Clinic
For minor illnesses and injuries such as fevers, flu and cold symptoms, earaches, sprains, cuts, and rashes, visit McLaren Central Michigan's ReadyCare Walk-In Clinic. No appointment is necessary and a visit to ReadyCare typically costs less than an emergency room visit.
The McLaren Central Michigan Emergency Department is an approved training location for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, EMTs, and sports medicine personnel. |
