“I started working with Dr. Debelak last fall, and he has become a large part of our team. He has become a great resource for our staff and athletes – attending home and away games and visiting practices when necessary. By attending the practices, he’s able to see why certain injuries happen, and how certain actions affect their injury and recovery process. Team injuries are not always cut and dry. He looks into the problem to find the answer. Dr. Debelak is also a wonderful surgeon. Many of our athletes who have needed surgery decided to have him complete it rather than returning home. He assists them through the entire process – pre-surgery through recovery.
When my son, Lance, experienced a sports injury this year during the peak of baseball season, I made an appointment for him to see Dr. Debelak. I trust Dr. Debelak. He spoke directly to Lance, and was very patient with a great bedside manner.”
