This is a four part series, focusing on preparing mothers-to-be and their coaches for childbirth. The goal of this series is to reduce fears associated with childbirth by teaching about the labor and birth process, pain control, unexpected outcomes, relaxation and coping techniques, post-delivery care for mom and baby, and basic newborn care. A tour of the Family Birthing Center is included.
