If you have been told you have "borderline" or pre-diabetes there is much you can do to delay or prevent the onset of diabetes! Your risk is higher if you are overweight, have high blood pressure, have low HDL or high triglycerides, or if your are a Pacific Islander, African-, Native- or Hispanic-American.
This one and one half hour class is taught by a Certified Diabetes Educator.
