Minimum Qualifications	Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center, a McLaren Health Service, is currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates for the role of contingent Clinical Lab Technologist for our pathology and laboratory services. Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Registry or registry eligible as a Medical Technologist. Training in all areas of laboratory medicine with hospital experience required.
Primary Duties	Should have the ability to perform all tests in the clinical laboratory and be familiar with existing techniques and implementation. Work with a minimum of supervision and use independent judgement. May primarily be used in one department but should have a fundamental knowledge of all departments. Must be knowledgeable of quality control theory and have the ability to use quality control programs accurately. Must be able to systematically troubleshoot a procedure or instrument.
