Update on the pension plan overpayments matter:
McLaren Bay Region submitted to the Internal Revenue Service on March 21, 2013, its amendment to revise the McLaren Bay Region Defined Benefit Pension Plan under the Voluntary Correction Program. We expect a response in twelve to fifteen months. If approved the overpayments will no longer exist. We will add to this site any updates as they occur.
