Elsa Silverman
Director
Elsa Silverman has more than 20 years of fund development experience in higher education and healthcare. Her background includes the former Sinai Hospital and Healthcare System where she held the position of director of Volunteer Services and the Guild; Wayne State University School of Medicine as the Director of Annual Fund, the Director of Major Gift Officers, and Henry Ford Hospital and Health System as a Senior Major Gift Officer with responsibilities for the Division II capital campaign at the West Bloomfield Hospital.
A resident of Oakland County, Silverman is affiliated with the AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) on both the membership committee and as an associate of the AFP Mentoring Program. She also has affiliations with the Sinai Hospital Guild, Inforum Professional Women's Alliance and the Detroit Belle Isle Women's Committee, AHP (Association of Healthcare Philanthropy, and the Macomb Chamber of Commerce.
In her role as foundation director, she is responsible for all phases of development, including donations from individuals and foundations, the grateful patient program and capital campaigns. She will also be responsible for annual fund development events

Jennifer Jostock
Development Specialist
Jennifer joined the McLaren-Macomb Healthcare Foundation team in February 2012. She is responsible for various aspects of the Foundation, including events, mailings, grants/proposals, and gift solicitation. She also assists with the grateful patient program and donor research.
Jennifer is a Michigan State University business graduate and comes to the Foundation with almost four years in the healthcare field. She has worked for Munson Regional Healthcare Foundation in Traverse City and recently completed an internship at the Oakwood Healthcare Foundation in Dearborn.
